So far this has been a fantastic frame for such a low price. The wooden arms are sturdy and of good construction, and the finish is clean and smooth. The metal frame is fairly solid, but I have one complaint: the little center legs on either side of the bottom are not enough to support the futon in bed form, i had a guest nearly flip the futon when sitting on the edge of it.

First, I must say the Customer service is excellent. A part from the frame was broken, when I contacted the company about the part they sent one out fast.
Now, about the product, the frame is put together cheaply. Also the instructions are kind of vague with very little info on parts and part numbers. The cherry arms are very strong. I think if the product came with a sturdier frame that it would complement the cherry arms. I intend to purchase a better frame.

My computer/guest room needed some help. My old futon and mattress was heavy and needed updating. I was lucky and found just what I was looking for on AMAZON and it was on sale. It arrived on time (when promised) and then the assembly began. What a surprise.....the easiest assembly with all tools and parts (none left over) and most surprising - instructions & pictures that could be understood. It did not take long and it's easy to open and close. Overall a wonderful addition to my home.
