I'd be careful about buying an Innova Digital Photo Frame. I got one as a gift. At first it wouldn't handle the horizontal/vertical conversion for some photos. Now, it will go through 1 or 2 photos and then goes to set up screen. While it has a one year warranty, there is no information about how to contact them. Also, I have tried several online searches to find a customer service for this company and have not been able to find anyway to contact them.

The Innova VF581FM is a decent digital picture display, BUT, as pointed out by another review:
There is NO customer support available.
Beware of the possibility of "Shills" (i.e. paid reviewers) writing unsupported reviews.
The major distributor for this device, the largest US consumer electronics chain, also does not offer part support or links to the manufacturer.

I have had no particular problems with my display.
I would recommend this purchase only if available in the range of $50

I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day. It came and I loaded pics on it with no problem. I've been using it daily because I don't want my mom to have any problems with it since I'm in Korea. If she does have problems in the future, I will be sure to post.
